Meet Tiffany
Tiffany spent time working inside cookie-cutter spas that treated every client the same. She knew there had to be a better way. Skin is personal. Why shouldn't your treatment be?

NURSE & AESTHETIC PROVIDERJose's lifelong passion for helping others led him to nursing, earning his Master's in Nursing from the University of San Francisco, a journey shaped by 10 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. His artistic nature drew him into aesthetics, where he found the intersection of science and artistry. Combining a deep understanding of skincare with a refined eye for facial symmetry, he takes a whole-person approach focused on natural-looking results. What sets Jose apart is how genuinely he listens, crafting personalized plans that honor each patient's concerns and natural beauty.
Jen
SUGARING & FACIAL SPECIALISTSugaring was Jen’s first love, and honestly, it still is. From the moment she graduated cosmetology school, she knew she wanted to go straight into hair removal. Once she discovered the art of sugaring, she was hooked. After returning to the Bay Area, Jen found her home at Blu Monarch. Along the way, she realized that hair removal is a skin service first, which sparked a genuine curiosity and passion for skincare. Today, she specializes in both sugaring and facials, bringing the same philosophy to each: results-driven care paired with education that actually makes sense. Jen’s goal is for every client to leave feeling relaxed, informed, and a little more confident.
Grace
LASH & FACIAL SPECIALISTGrace's approach to skincare is rooted in something simple: genuine care for the person in front of her. With a background customized facials, waxing, and a focused expertise in lash lifts, she brings both technical skill and a thoughtful touch to every appointment. Her specialty services are about more than aesthetics. Grace works to understand your lifestyle, and what low-maintenance but polished actually looks like for you.
